I am using airtel number for more than seven years. I linked this number to all my bank, gas, aadhar etc. Now suddenly i got an sms stating that airtel outgoing pack validity expires on 26.11.2018. This sms i got two days before expiry. I called the customer care executive, they telling to recharge pack every month for outgoing validity. If not done outgoing will get disconnected n entire services will get disconnected after fifteen days. If this happens all my bank transaction n lot more things will get troubled. This is not fair airtel doing to customers. This is very worst. I don't agree this. Due to this i am forced to migrate to some other operator. While buying sim they told life time validity. Now suddenly they telling validity expires within two days. This is awkward. Worst operator behavior. I don't know wat is happening in india. There is no procedures to implement a scheme. This is really objectionable act airtel doing to customers. This should not be done as a sudden move.
Therefore i request your good self to take necessary action to stop this at the earliest. This will save not only me, the entire customers of airtel in india.
