Airtel — Over bill and cug plan issue | |||||
As per telephonic discussion with Mr Nishant Bagdai his mobile numer is [protected], I think he is airtel company officer. I am writing this mail regarding over bill and MNP delay issue. I was decided to transfer our all family member’s mobile number in airtel kadva patidar cug of Rs 99 rent plan. Mr. Keval brief me the plan details as below : Rent Rs. 99 per month Benefits : 300 local other network mnts 1000 A to A local mnts 100 SMS 500 MB 2G net Rs. 250 activation fees waiver in 4th bill Now, problem is that bill generate as per Rs 151 rent plan and all benefits are different then above plan…..on 18th jan when my bill generate that time I was socking by bill amount…its is 350+ and 650+ in my two number. we are all mentally prepare as bill received as per rent rs 99+ tax but actual scenario is different. Today, I was visit airtel store for discount in all my cug number if all bills are generate as my bill. Suppose, 19th dec 2015 to 18 jan 2016 bill generate as per 99 rent then bill amt near by Rs. 115 i[censored]sage as per Rs 99 plan. 300 mnt + 100 sms + 500 mb net. but bill is rs 625 on mobile number [protected]. same case in my other mobile number it is [protected]. I request to you pls deposit amount in my account. it is Rs 510. other problem is that, CUG process start from 29th Nov 2015 and from that time I was contact with Mr keval. seriously he is very lazy man and lethargic in work. whenever I was visit his store not single work is done and on call he always speak I will do in some time but so many days left but work is there. no any progress in work. I think he no need business or has not customer value. I give him zero rank for customer service. Pls look into this matter and solve as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
