Airtel — Over charge

I made a complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com for my concerns and my concerns are still not solved in reply they send me details about charges on my number. So I request you to look in the matter and get me the resolution of my queries ASAP. I have many Queries... 1. Why my number was deactivated on 17 feb if I gave request on 3feb. 2. Why am I getting calls for non payment of bill before my due date. 3. I want a written apology from the person calling and abusing me and my father. 4. I made payment of 850 why I was note given the slip of my payment and why I was refused to pay from my credit card????. 5. When I went to your relationship center on 3 feb why I was told to pay 850 for disconnecting my number. 6. Why is that 850 not adjusted in my bill???
