Airtel — Overbilling, not processing the waiver and not disconnecting my connection

On 24th Feb the abovementioned airtel landline number which is on my name was given a waiver of 250/= + taxes which comes out to be 295 rs total.

Numerous complaints were made to AIRTEL
121 customer service regarding issues with the connection and when I recived the bill I called back on 121 and was given the above mentioned 250/= plus taxes discount as I did NOT want to continue with AIRTEL with so many issues.

The executive named MAANSI provided me a waiver of 250/= plus taxes as she was from the retention department and did not want to loose a customer.

Since then till today the waiver has not been processed and I recieve more than 5 calls a day to deposit the bill which has not yet been adjusted with the amount of 295/= rs.

It's been almost a month and now very FRAUDENTLY I have been charged with the late payment fees and today morning itself my connection has been RESTRICTED which means NO INTERNET and NO OUTGOING calls from the landline number provided.

Just yo keep the BILLING CYCLE active AIRTEL has FRAUDENTLY kept my incoming calls active so that they can bill me for another month and also fine me with late payment fees and asking me to pay the bill in which NO adjustment has been made till now.

I have also contacted 121 myself numerous times that I am willing to the bill after the adjustment and alli I am promised from AIRTEL 121 support team is that they are SORRY as the adjustment of 295/= is not yet made from their side and matter being ESCALATED to the senior department with the promise of a call back and adjustment being made in 24 hours but as usual it's a no show.

On 20th March I had a lengthy conversation with one

The call landed in Madhya Pradesh in the north
district as per the information provided by her.
The interaction ID for the same was
[protected] and as usual I was promised a call back from the senior department with the resolution but again a no show.

It's as simple as
I use the connection so I should pay the bill
I was OVERBILLED as my issue took weeks to be solved so I was given a waiver which never reflected in my account and I did not pay the bill and constantly called 121 to make the adjustment and take the bill on call itself.

This is pure HARASSMENT on the part of AIRTEL by NOT DISCONNECTING the services fully and keeping the account active and FRAUDENTLY promising WAIVER by not processing it almost a month after also.

When the issue has been raised and ESCALATED by the 121 team numerous times as I get called up frequently whole day regarding the billing issue then why am I being HARASSED by being called up whole day again and again.

When the issue has been ESCALATED there should be some patience on the part of AIRTEL of not calling me up again and again for the due bill which is actually mistake and delay on their part.

I want to SUE the company i.e.AIRTEL
for the HARASSMENT and MENTAL TRAUMA they are causing by calling again and again whole day without checking why there is a delay on the part of customer.

Today also called up to solve the pending issue but FRAUDENTLY was again asked to wait 24 hours and the person named
SHOYSHAB KHAN from the DISCONNECTION department very FRAUDENTLY never provided the interaction id of the call no the state or region where the call hd landed.

Such matters re o[censored]tmost carelessness and should be checked by concerned authorities.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE from the AIRTEL team. NO resolution provided as of yet also my internet and outgoing call services have been barred but still FRAUDENTLY AIRTEL is keeping my account active so that they can keep on billing me for the services and late payment charges.
