[Resolved] Airtel — Overcharged bill...fake and cheap company | |||
This is for AIRTEL Postpaid bill. I bought Airtel postpaod connection. In starting it was going as expected as i bought a plan of 149rs. Afterwards, they started charging me extra amount. I called customer care many times to check why bill is high. They always told me that i used extra data. Which is completely wrong. I have wifi connection at my home and i only used data pack when i go out from my home. Finally after 1 year... i was over charged with 800 rs bill...which i have never got in past months. I again called them with no successfull response. I said i will not pay this bill...as i have not used extra data. Finally i asked them to close my connection. But they have not stopped my conncetion and sent a new bill with penalty amount of aaround 1200/- i have not even used my sim that month... They kept on sending mails to me... Please help me...
