Airtel — overcharging for airtel dth reinstallation | |||
Hi, my customer id is [protected], i have requested for transfer of my airtel dth on 29th march'18. While uninstallation at my old place the agent charged me correctly 150/- but while installing at new place the new agent has overcharged 540/- which should be actually 250/-, i have raised complaint on 5th april'18 with customer care with all the details but there was no action on that complaint. When i have called back on 13th april'18 the supervisor named saloni spoke to me very carelessly and she says there is no complaint at all and when i requested her to at least try to address the issue from now then she says the new address has not been updated in there system, so no action would be taken on the complaint. This is ridiculous when i am giving the name, address of the agent who has overcharged me she is not even bothering to ask that person instead she is talking about the system not updating the info. I understand now this the reason the airtel agents are taking advantage of this loopholes in airtel process. Was this information helpful? | |||
