Airtel — Overcharging in bill on account of Data Charges after portability request | |||
I am Mahesh and is user of Airtel mobile services from Oct. 2005 . I was admirer of services of the airtel . But for last one year i was facing the problem of poor network quality in my home . I complained 4-5 times . But no solution. I requested for porting out on 15.07.2015 and ported out to idea on 21St July. Dear friend my data usage was just 750 MB maximum per month in my last 4 years but Suddenly after porting out i have used 390 MB in 11 days & have charged 390 + Service charge extra . where as my usage checked on 20th july was 215 MB only . Actually Airtel do not customer now . rthey are money making machine only .
