Airtel — overcharging in my bill amount

Dear sir/ madam,
I have an airtel postpaid connection for my mobile number with the relationship number: [protected] where i had taken plan for rs 649/- per month with an add on number. Initially in the plan they were charging rs 199 for the add on number but subsequently the rs 649/- plan was revised about a year back to take in the add on number with no extra charges. Airtel failed to inform me that the plan has changed and continued to charge me rs 199/- extra per month for more than 12 months. I got to know that the plan has changed when one of my colleagues at work has informed me about the same. When i contacted airtel regarding the same, they admitted their mistake and agreed to revise the same in the future bills but refused to provide any compensation for the extra amount charged. However, even after their promise, i continue to be charged for the add on number for which i had to contact airtel again for the next 2 subsequent bills.
In the 1st place i do not understand how airtel has charged me the excess of rs 250 per month for more than a year without informing a customer about the change in the plan. Upon pointing this out, airtel has refused to acknowledge the mistake and is not willing to provide any kind of recompense for the same. Mind you, due to this overcharging, i have paid more than rs 3000/- from my own pocket which is my hard earned money.
And even upon informing airtel, the subsequent bills still continue to bear the same charges for which airtel is refusing to provide me a revised bill due to which i cannot claim my bill in my workplace which i am rightfully entitled to.
I am tired of discussing this issue with airtel again & again & with airtel promising me everytime that the issue will be resolved which is not happening. All my discussions with their customer service representatives & mails to [protected]@in. Airtel.com/ nodal officer has not provided any kind of resolution due to which i am escalating this matter. I will consider my matter to be resolved only if:
1) airtel will provide some kind of recompense for the extra rs 3000/- i have paid over the past 12 months.
2) i am provided with fresh bills for the bills dated 9th april & 18th april with only the correct charges.
