Airtel — overcharging my landline bill from many months

My monthly bill comes out to rs 352.82 every month from many months.in feb 2020 also, my bill amount came to rs 352.82 which i duly paid.
Now in march 2020 suddenly my bill amount came to be rs 562.70 ie an increase of rs. 209.88 ie rs 210. When i asked the reason for this increase to your customer reps they told me it is some extra charge they have put for installing a broadband modem. The reality though is that airtel never gave or sold me any modem. And yes your technician did come to my premises for installing the modem but he never installed it. So in short the technician and airtel, did not provide any service to us, nor did we buy any modem from airtel/your technician. Yet your technician demanded cash from me which i paid and also you have added an amount of rs 210 unnecessarily eventhough no goods or service was provided by airtel. And when i called customer care and complained to them regarding this wrong extra charge, they accepted it was a mistake and assured me that they would reduce this amount. But nothing like that happened. Hence i only paid my normal monthly charge of rs 353 only. I called many times to your customer care but they were then not ready to budge and refused to remove the extra, unnecessary charge which was levied in my bill. And now due to that extra rs 210 which was of march 2020 which i didn’t pay because it was wrongly charged, you all started to charge interest and penalty and late fee payment and fine on that unnecessarily.

Also then you increased my monthly charge itself from rs 353 to rs 589 without asking me or even without providing me any extra services. Hence now i was wrongly charged rs 799 for april 2020 which had wrong charges of rs 210 of march 2020 (Regarding the never existent modem purchase and installation charges) and then you also wrongly increased my monthly charges by rs[protected]. And i again called customer care and told them about this issue but to no avail. Hence even for april 2020 i only paid my actual previous monthly charge of rs 353. Hence now due amount was rs 446 (Which was fully wrongly charged by airtel on me).
Now again for may 2020 you wrongly charged rs 589 monthly charge due to which now due amount was rs 466+589 = rs 1035. Even after lots of calling and complaining and shouting and getting tortured and harassed by your customer care officials, these extra wrong charges were not waived off. But yet i decided that even this time i would pay my previous normal monthly charge of rs 353 as i am a good person and not dishonest and scrupulous like bharti airtel.
And hence then my outstanding due amount stood at rs[protected] which is fully wrongly levied on my number. And now you are mailing me telling that if i don’t pay up these (Wrong) charges then they would cut my landline connection. And now post unlock 1.0 when i try to call your customer care no one picks up. The ivr initially says that very few people are working and then they tell us to wait till they connect us to an airtel customer care official. But no one gets connected even after 2 hours of keeping the call alive.
And you all are mailing me and telling that my due amount is rs 1205 (I don’t know how you got that calculation the same has not been provided in mail, and june month is not yet over also). This is brazenly dacoitery and looting by airtel. Can you please elaborate to me the breakup of this final due amount of rs 1205 which it is said in mail if i don’t pay then my landline connection will be cancelled/cut.
Pathetic and disgusting from airtel.in whole month of april and may 2020 i didn’t use your landline and broadband internet at all due to lockdowns imposed. Yet you all are charging me the monthly fee. Instead of waiving off my monthly fee for not using your services at all for 2 straight months, you instead have charged me extra monthly fee eventhough there was no usage. This is completely unacceptable and barbaric on your part. No one from your side calls me now. Completely unacceptable.
Now you tell me what should i do? I am just a common customer against such a big corporation like yours.
Hence i request you to please waive off my extra unnecessary charges levied by you as these are not correct charges.
