Airtel — overcharging of subscription | |||||
I had opted for a mix of bouquet and a la carte channels for my airtel dth subscription no [protected] on 30/01/2019 and the request no provided by the company is 212523. The total charge for above selection was around inr 540.00 per month. From 06/02/2019, i am receiving much less channels than i had opted but the company is charging inr 700.00. I contacted the company on 06/02/2019 and they told me that they have system problem and it will be sorted out in a few hours. The situation was same till the next day (Even now) and again i contacted the company on 07/02/2019 three times during the day and they repeated the same lines. Toady at 13:28 hrs i contacted the company again and they said that i will be called within 4 hours and the matter will be sorted out.
