Airtel — pack 509 recharged twice | |||
Hi team, Recently on 09th jan 2018 i recharged one of my prepaid number with 509 offer. Today i tried to recharge my mother's number with same 509 plan but the airtel website took the previous number by default and processed the recharge though it's already in the same pack since 09th jan 2018. Can you please cancel the latest transaction with ref no. 968915 and refund the amount. Please do the helpful. Appreciate your quick response. Br, Sree Was this information helpful? | |||
