[Resolved]  Airtel — Password for ebill

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400072

Hi I was using Airtel initially currently I have moved to Vodafone network. However I want to submit few bills for which I need password. Currently I don't have the password for the same. I have raised one complaint already but still not got any update.
Is this because I have moved to other network because of which I am not getting prompt revert. This is already two days passed after raising the complaint

I want the password of the e Bill to be mailed to my below email id

After discussing with two of your officials still my issue is not resolved. I had specifically requested for itemised billing details however I have got the summary bills. This has taken you the entire week and on top of that the issue is not addressed properly. This is not going to serve any purpose for me.
Surprisingly after I posted this issue, I have failed to get any update on your side. I would say I am not going to follow up further since it is taking lot of my precious time plus the response time is not at all acceptable for the companies of your size.
I would conclude that the team is nkt able to solve my issue and i would not recommend airltel to any of my friend or relatives
