[Resolved] Airtel — Pathetic customer care executives they pick the call and simply breathe and don't speak | |||
On 08th April 2017, I tried calling customer care since 4:20 Am and the time is now 5:22 Am, every time i call and get connect to the customer care executive he simply keeps breathing and doesnt talk at all. this continued for 3-4 calls, later when I shouted he spoke and said I can't hear for that and placed my call on hold and never spoke again I had to cut the call and call again but again the same the person simply keeps breathing without even acknowledging. Please escalate this as this is a waste of time for genuine customers like me and pathetic customer service by airtel Was this information helpful? | |||
