Airtel — pathetic customer service...no re installation despite of multiple complaints | |||
Pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, I had requested for de installation and re installation of my Airtel Digital TV as I changed my address almost a week ago. Extremely dissatisfied with the Call Centre and request registration process. No body called or visited my place to De-Install...I had to get it done locally. At the new address, I again requested for re-installation at the call centre, however again no response from any body. I can feel that they dont value their customers and are busy in making profits by only focussing on new connections. Its a trap, I recommend not to choose Airtel Digital TV.
