Airtel...pathetic customer service...Thats all I can say Its such a pain to call customer service. It asks to key in landline number with STD code and once I key in that it says number is incorrect and call gets disconnected. Its been happening for more than a year and I have reported this almost 10 times. Still airtel has not been able to resolve this. This is really pathetic. I can't keep on going through ordeal to call customer care. Please do something or I am shifting to another service provider. My number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
