Airtel — Pathetic inaction by airtel customer care | |||
I recently took a airtel prepaid wi-fi dongle connection on 20 feb 15. I got the number ([protected]) verified too. However since then i am unable to use the dongle as it shows dns server error. I have spoken to customer care nummbers umteem times. No response I have spoken to tech reps, no response. Pls check call records of the said number to airtel customer care on 23 feb 15 evening from 2100hrs to 2245 hrs. Airtel will feel ashamed of the inaction.
