Airtel — Pathetic internet service | |||
I have subscribed to Airtel postpaid platinum with all my 3 family members. Gradually internet service started degrading at my home location. VPN keeps reconnecting all the time. Internet speed is improved for a moment if I open Airtel Xstream app in phone. Fed up of restarting phone, toggling airplane mode and reinserting SIM. I have raised several complaints over past few months [protected] raised on Oct 09: 07:08 AM [protected] raised on Nov 09: 08:18 AM [protected] raised on Nov 13: 10:59 AM [protected] raised on Nov 13: 11:19 AM [protected], dated 02/03/2021 [protected], dated 02/03/2021 I received a response from Airtel as below: "Dear Customer, Warm Greetings from Airtel! This is in reference to your email regarding the network issue on your Airtel mobile number. I regret for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that our network team has done maximum optimization at the nearest network cell site of your location and the issue has been resolved. You can always check the network coverage in your area by visiting our Open Network website – www.airtel.in/opennetwork. Hope it helps! You can ask us your questions using Airtel Thanks App. Your feedback makes us better every day. Regards, Airtel - Open To Questions" Looks like Airtel is just open to questions but not solutions.
