Airtel — Pathetic response | |||
I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th November 2015, and after numerous calls & reminders, the connection was given to me on 11th December. In just 2 days, the connection has got severed now! I get absolutely no response/help from customer care tollfree number or from the person who did the installation. Customer care number went on an IVR loop infinitely and there was NO option to register a complaint. Getting fed up of having to follow up with the worst service ever! Appreciate any help on this regard, so I can start using the broadband atleast!
