Airtel — Pathetic service | |||
Hi, I had Airtel postpaid connection on [protected]. Now I kept visiting galleries for converting it to Pre-paid as I was not satisfied by the bills they generated which was not as per what their agent had committed while selling me this connection. I visited 2 galleries in Mumbai, Hadapsar Pune gallery 3 times and Amanora Mall gallery Pune, 4 times. They kept giving excuses like server is down and come on Monday or come after bill due date, like this but never really tried to convert my number. So when I stopped using this connection because of frustrating service, they kept producing bills and when I told them I won't pay until my number is first converted to prepaid, they issued a legal notice against me. Now, I want to claim my money, time and mental peace that I lost because of frustration by Airtel. I have few emails which I can use to file a case against this treatment meted by Airtel.
