[Resolved] Airtel — Pathetic service with lack of technical capabilities | |||
I am on airtel infinity plan (Postpaid plan of inr 549+ taxes) where i am supposed to get 3gb of data on 4g device. After consuming 1gb of data, internet was stopped on my phone on 9th june 2017 at 6.10am. I called airtel help desk around 6.30am (After rebooting phone several time) and they told me the area where i am living has some problem with tower. I called them again at 8am and i was told a different story by csr this time. Csr told me since i am not using 4g device hence i cannot use another 2gb. Csr also said he can see that i am using iphone 6plus which is a 4g device. Csr disconnected the call saying he has activated another 2gb and i should check it out. Since morning till night i called airtel support 8 times and no body bothered to help me with internet. Till today (12th june) i am not able to use the internet at all. I cannot use ola, uber service for last 4 days. Various sr raised during my conversation were[protected], 56005748, 76843471 and 76845524. As of today, i have decided to go with jio and port my number. The attitude towards serving a long term postpaid customer is miserable. I am really sad leaving airtel but i know csr team won't bother about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
