Airtel Payment Bank — debit freeze on my account

I loaded 4000rs frm my upi id. But whenever i want to make any transaction from it it shows you cannot debit from this account. It had ate my 4000 rupees. Neither they are sending it back to my bank account. I called the customer care but their behaviour is very bad. Bad company overall. And bad customer service.

I have already send them my proof of residence and also the statement of my bank account from which i loaded the money but even that they are asking to send the proof of residence. Plz sove my case plz. I m poor i m in a need.
