Airtel Payment Bank — refund gas subsidy in my account

I link my aadhar to airtel sim and without my permission opened aitel payment bank and my lpg subsidy transfer to airtel payment bank. I go to airtel store he tell him your airtel payment closed we are not helpful and he advice me to complaint aiter customer care fir resolving this problem. Please refund my subsidy amount to my account immediately. Thank you
