Airtel — payment debited but the receiver not credited

I transacted a payment on my airtel money line, amount k851.00 my account has been debited but the client zambia revenue authority is still not credited. Please kindly sort this issue because the payment is my tax obligation. This transaction was done on 05/05/2018 at 14:25 cat the details are as follows
