Airtel — payment deducted and recharge not done, company not resolving the issue | |||
I have tried to recharge my airtel no with rs.448 through my airtel app on 20th november, monday, 2017. I experienced that the online recharge service and airtel payment bank services are very poor quality. I have faced a high level of mental stress as my money has deducted and recharge not done. I don't have any option then to wait for the refund of my money. I have mailed my query to different authorities of airtel but there is no any action taken by the higher authority of airtel. I would personally suggest to everyone, to not avail the online recharge facility with my airtel app and airtel payment bank. My request is for a refund of my money as soon as possible.
