Airtel — payment didn't completed

I done a airtel postpaid bill in your website. But payment process is incompleted. Then amount is deducted in my account and their shoes within 48 hours it will be refund but still now it's didn't come to my account and sorted payment also not done please transfer the amount of 400 to my account.
