Airtel — Payment done for electricity Bill by Airtel app but has not gone through

On 2nd Oct'23 I made a payment to my electricity bill to BSES Rajdhani from an Airtel application by using my Airtel Axis bank Credit Card. To which while processing the request I received a display message that as soon as the payment is done I will get a message. But I never got the message nor I can see anywhere the transaction I made from the app. I check in my credit card report and I can see the transaction is successful to Airtel but BSES is claiming that they have not received any payment yet.

Kindly get this issue resolved or refund my money so that I can pay my pending bill
