Airtel — Payment done through online for New DTH HD+ and not received till date

On 25th Feb 2017 I purchased one HD+ DTH though online and not received material till now and customer service also not telling exact date when setup box will reach to me each and every day customers care executives telling same thing what earlier day they told like ( u will receive setup box by today evening ) same message repeating till now. Poor service from Airtel.
