I have two airtel numbers [protected], [protected] in my home.I wanted to recharge pack of 298/- for the number [protected] .This number did not have an account in airtel payments bank.But the other number had an account in airtel payments bank.So I transactioned 298/- to my airtel payments bank wallet [[protected]]from my icici bank.And i tried to recharge for the number [protected] on 27 august 2020 but it is showing payment failed don't worry...amount & coupon will be refunded in 8 working hours.I tried again after 8 hours but it is showing the same.I tried to contact the customer care but they are not responding.There is no direct access for the airtel consumers to contact the customer care.so i kindly request you to refund the money back to my icici bank account or recharge for the number [protected].I'm really worried and ashamed for being an airtel consumer.
