Made the payment to Airtel thanks app on 16 December 2021 for landline broadband of amount 1178.82. Payment done successfully but recharge is still not.
There is some kind of issue at Airtel's end however, Airtel discontinued my services even after I had made my payment.
I checked with my bank, payment has been deducted from my account for Airtel account, there is no issue at my bank's end. I have transaction Id for the same.
Moreover customer care agent shamelessly asking me to pay again. Why should I pay again. Where is my money? Why my internet is still not working.
