Airtel — Payment made but not reflecting in broadband account | |
I have made payment for airtel broadband on 7th may, 2020 for a sum of rs. 589/-. This amount did not get reflected in the account and they disconnected my services.in spite of repeated calls, they did not restore my services even with proof of payment. Transaction id[protected] As internet is vital to continue working, i made a payment in cash on 4th june to restore my services on the assurance of customer care that they will refund the original amount of rs.589/-.
