Airtel — payment made but order not placed and amount is deducted from my bank account | |||
Hello sir/madam, I have made the payment of rs 399 from my airtel app but the order is not placed/amount on this airtel number [protected] and the same amount has been deducted from my account when i checked the balance. And i am trying to contact on 121 customer care number from last half an hour, i didn't connect with them not sure why your ivrs system not telling us to press 9 directly rather than advertising the other airtel offers. It is totally a harassment who try to complain on 121 toll free number. I am totally fed up by listening same information by pressing each button but i haven't found anything which redirects my call to customer support. And for your reference, i am attaching the screenshots of my bank account where it shows rs. 399 amount is deducted. So kindly revert the same amount to my account.
