Airtel — payment not credited from airtel bank | |||
I paid 250 rs from my airtel payment bank on my post paid account on 13 aug 2017 but still payment not credited in my account. I called mobile care service they said to me i did not receive your payment and you have to talk with airtel payment bank. Then after i called airtel bank asked the same they said to me transaction is success you have to call mobility care service. I surprised both care services telling me it's not my fault you have to talk with there. My question is where i can go and resolve the problem? I had sent mail regards the same to all of guys let's see what they reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
