Airtel — payment not done | |
I was using postpaid family plan with 3 sim cards i complain to airtel customer care about the issue i was facing which was 1. I was never getting 4g network in all of 3 sim cards in different places 2. There was a continuous network problem in major places (My friends were calling me and they were getting "number is busy" which was a lie (I also checked my blocked contact list in which those number was not added in block list) 3. I did complain about this in 22nd june and they told me it will be resolved in next 1 week, i kept checking in airtel app in open complain tab and my case was on hold for 45 days (It was never resolved) then i went to airtel customer store and they gave me email id to complain with some screenshot of network tower and internet service i was getting (4g, 3g, e). So i did email on "nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com" and they told me it will be resolved in a few days. In the end, i plan to quite airtel after sending at least 5 emails because their reply was the same all the time rather than solving the problem. They cheat me with a new plan and put my sim card on a new contract so now i cannot change network for at least 90 days. Airtel sucks.. Was this information helpful? | |
