Airtel — payment not received against broadband service cancelled

Hi, my name is afjal ahmed, i requested to broadband sercive and have to pay installation charge rs. 1000/- but unfortunately the servive not feasible in my area, transaction status success as on[protected], transaction id.[protected], and caf no. 12030821, the cancelled service more than one week, and refund amount not credited in my account. Requesting you to please refund my transaction amount in my account as soon as possible!
