The below shows today SOA from my account [protected] where the highlighted bill as unpaid. If you look at the subsequent images you will see that you have updated this payment in your system and for some reason it seems it has got reversed.
Trust at least now you are clear about the issue and do the needful. Until this moment I am getting the payment reminder before every call and from last few days reminder calls from customer care also.
A)) Statement on 11/01/2016
says bill no[protected] is not paid
B)) Statement on 01/12/2015 ( you can see the message in the below trial)
says it as paid
So for some reason it the payment has got reversed and despite of many correspondence till the applet council the same is still unresolved
