[Resolved] Airtel — Payment of outstanding amount against No. [protected] | |||||
My earlier airtel no [protected] ported to jio. At the time of porting i paid all the outstanding amount and no dues mentioned. But now i got message from my operator jio an amount of rs 71.04 is to be paid to airtel. I used to get bill to my email but i did not get any bill or email. I tried to pay the amount but it is being mentioned"your number is not registered" i did not know in absence of bill and its details how to pay the amount. I tried through customer care airtel 121. Even after telling no dues and ported to jio how the o/s is mentioned and why bill is not sent to my email. Sunita Was this information helpful? | |||||
