Airtel fast tag service is the worst service, I request every one don't go with their service, I ordered on June 6th todays date is 18th of July, But I still didn't receive the tag, When ever i called to customer care service even they don't know what is the status of that, They are repeatedly giving the same explanation we will create a ticket and follow up to get the resolution, The same process has been continued from one month.
Finally they closed ticket without intimating me any thing, again today I called to them talked for 2 hours but they can't resolve the issue as they don't even have their higher authority contact to speak to them and resolve the issue.
Today also I received the same response validation is under progress, Worst ever company. Its a waste of time. Lets see if they take one year of time to get the fast tag delivered to me or they are just looting the crores of money in the name of fast tag service.
I am in a situation that they cant cancel the order and they can't proceed further, screwing the customer not to buy the fast tag from other service provider Was this information helpful? |
