Airtel people are lying like thieves. They vanish my amount of rs. 30949 and in response to my case they are just giving me 2 days of waiting, 2days of waiting, 2 days waiting, 2 days of waiting !!! This pathetic ness is happening since the day of transaction. Even the authoritative officers are acting like that nothing wrong or unethical or suspicious is going on. What is the solution to this issue? Are the things remain like this? Do you have any shame or self respect left in you? Are you a bank or bunch of fraudsters or scammers? Isn't their any body in your organizational structure which is actually working for the customer's situation like this? You really want to damage your image and your status as a company and banking institution by escalating this issue up to the RBI? Have some shame and for the sake of God, this time come up with the resolution and reverse my amount of rs. 30949 in my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
