Airtel Payments Bank — Not closing account

Hi,

I have made plenty requests for closing my account but still not closed.

I have already added Rs 13 balance which has been recovered by you.So now zero balance amount is there in account.

I have spoken with customer executive on phone he said to send Xerox self attested document which I have send already.
But still my account is not closed I am irritated now.

On phone also they are not calling, just ringing the phone and disconnecting the call when receiving.
