[Resolved] Airtel — Pending with postpaid to prepaid | |||
These guys cancelled my postpaid to prepaid conversion request two times. I have submitted my all documents and bill also but they are blaming each others themself. I only called to customer care 30 times and they are saying it will get resolve withing 6, 24, 72 hours but still i haven't receive any proper response from airtel. Airtel is not gd at all in service, it's not worth to continue with this network My reference no: 76795827, 76866174.
