Airtel — per day data is zero after recharge | |||
Intro : i use a prepaid plan with 3 gb/day data limit (Rs 558). It works excellent. The story : My plan was to expire on[protected] but i recharged a day before on[protected] just to get the per day data. (Earlier i have recharged before the actual expiry date) But this time after recharging a day before expiry my daily data instead of reallocating it was stuck at zero. On the number 121 and 198 i am unable to connect with any person (No option in ivr). After all this i decided to do another recharge for rs 98 which gives 12 gb data. Still i am not able to use the data i purchased and no one is there to listen. Dear folks @ airtel make your recharge system design smart. Was this information helpful? | |||
