[Resolved] Airtel — Permanently disconnect my Inactive Airtel DTH connection | |||
My customer id [protected]. History: [protected]-02 is not active, because [protected]-01 went defective around 2 years back and Airtel Technician who attended the case replaced defective box with new DTH box with the following customer id - [protected]. Defective box [protected]-01 is taken by Technician. Currently am using only [protected]-02. Compliant-1: I have been asking the Airtel customer care 12150 to permanently disconnect the [protected]-01 in order to make my other connection [protected]-02 as primary, so that i can recharge annual package. I have raised complaint more 8 times, below are the reference no, Ref No:43070734 Ref No:43302556 Ref No:44019183 Ref No:45014847 Ref No:42958940 Ref No:43146398 Ref No:43715899 Every time i call and explain my issue (Mentioned in History). Escalation team will say they will raise request to back-end team and issue will resolved within 7 working days.Back-end team mostly called me, i explain my issue (same History) again and they promise that issue will solved immediately . In between some agents will call and check whether i have returned the defective box. Again some agents will call and ask why the box is suspended state and i have to explain all the (same History) . But Still ISSUE NOT RESOLVED . All complaints are in CLOSED state. Yesterday i spoke to a Escalation Lead Rasappan and same thing happend. Every time i believe issue will resolved but when i again contact Customer care i will come to know its not resolved. Its very irrtiating to speak to customer care again and again regarding this. Airtel DTH is the WORST CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Worst thing is None of Escalation Lead take Ownership of the issue and work towards closing that. Every executive do their part and give it Next team for action. They have to look overall w.r.t to Issue perspective whether Issue is resolved or not. PLEASE ANY ONE FROM AIRTEL WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER TAKE NECESSAY ACTION. AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER USING POSTPAID MOBILE CONNECTION [protected] AND AIRTEL DTH [protected] & [protected] FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS NOW. Compliant -2 : Recharged Rs.250 for my DTH [protected]-02 on 1st August. I started getting message my validity will get expire on August 16th. Further when i contact customer care i came to know that they are detecting charges for my suspended/NON-ACTIVE Connection which i have asked customer care to "DISCONNECT PERMANENTLY"(Compliant-1) This is happening for some months now !
