Airtel — phone is showing invalid sim card | |||
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had in your establishment last week. I was not using this SIM due to my phone breakage since from last 2-3 months. But when i inserted that sim on my new phone it shown invalid. Then I went to near-by Airtel customer care to fix this problem but they to said me that another SIM Kit is being made from same number. My whole data and accounts are link with this number including whatsapp. I was your old customer and using that SIM from last 6 years. If I change the SIM card my whole important data will be get lost. OR If another person will purchase that SIM my whole data and personal information will be visible to him (as many accounts were linked with that number).
