Airtel — phone stolen, please block my sim card immediately

My name is dhruv. My phone got stolen just half an hour back. My number is [protected], please block my sim immediately. It got stolen at Annapoorna restaurant near Salem. Airtel is saying there sever is down and will be up only by 3pm. This is too late! There should be facility available with Airtel to block a stolen SIM card asap. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 16, 2017 Updated by Ankitadhruv I still do not see any action being taken. How come watsapp is still active on the same number. This is disappointing to say the least. The entire process should not be so complicated.
