Airtel — plan activation problem

Hi airtel team,

This is to bring to your notice that, i have been ported 2 of my number (98xxxxxxxx31 & 83xxxxxxxx31) to your network from another operator.

At the time of activation i have been offered a plan corporate infinity 499 and infinity 299 plans.

But the 299 infinity plan was not activated and instead of myplan 299 activated on the number 83xxxxxxxx31. After much followup, i have been told that, corporate 499 plan need to changed first to change the infinity 299 plan.

Subsequently i have been raised request to change the plan to infinity 499 family on 22nd oct through ivr. I have been informed the plan will get activated in 30 min. Post that i can change my other number to family 299 plan. I have recd the plan change sms by 2.20 pm on 22nd oct and i have opted to change the plan of other number through myairtel app.

On 22nd evening around 6 pm, i have noticed that my other number 83xxxxxxxx31, was unable to browse the internet and checked on myairtel app, it was showing the family 299 plan was activated. So i checked my number 98xxxxxxxx31 and it ws showing pending for activation. I immediately given a call to customer care and informed the same. I was told that the plan activation is pending and will get activated by post 12 am 23rd oct.

I was constantly checked myairtel app and found the plan on my main no was still not activated. Around 12.30 pm i gave call to customer care and enquired for activation. I was told that the system activation done, but it need to be manually approved which is pending, so they raised a complaint 80464789 and told me that the case will be resolved asap.

Again in the evening around 6pm noticed that my other number 83xxxxxx31 was unable to browse internet and called customer care. I was told that your earlier complaint is still pending and will get resolved in 24 hours. As i have insisted for data connectivity, another complaint 80480397 raised and informed the same will be resolved in 24 hours. I have assured by customer care manager mr. Jimmy, that he will personally look into this and get it resolved at the earliest.

No reply received for sms sent to 121 regarding the status for both the complaint number

Can i get the update on when can the plan will be activated for both the numbers.
When can my child number able to get internet service? When can the clubing of both number will happen?

As per the latest update from customer care that my child number will get added only on next billing cycle.

Need proper explanation and update.
