Airtel — plan not activated | |||
I bought a new prepaid connection with a plan of 1gb a day and unlimited calling for 520rs and they said it will be activated in 4 hours its been 14 hours now my phone is activated but my account balance is low and i m unable to make calls or use internet, i bought the new sim from kharghar airtel store sector 12. If you cant activate the plan instantly why do you accept the payment in cash instantly. Unexpected from a company like you. Moreover when i called their customer care it says jis se sim lia unko contact kijiye.. Irresponsible customer services.. Was this information helpful? | |||
