[Resolved] Airtel — plan stopped during period | |||
Dear sir/mam, i have reachrges with stv plan of rs 399 on mb no [protected] but plan sudenly stoped on dt 14 july 2017 and also deduct all bal for data. I hv lodges complaint on 14 july 17 but till time i hv not got any solution. Every month in 2 days i hv to use this problem. This is very poor aproach from brand like airtel. I dont understnd why shud we use airtel?? I[censored] r not able to continue plan like these so plzz stopped.. Jio has better service than u.. They are comittes to thier words. Pls solve this matter as my all fam. Using airtel for last 4 yrs and we dont want to discontinue this relation wid you. Was this information helpful? | |||
