Airtel — please send me sept - oct bill receipt already paid

[protected] mobile no. September - october 2019 mobile bill paid at yelahanka new town air tel office, but are not given me bill reciept, not agree my request, he refuse the request, this is not good practise,
They help to customer, please build the good practise to your employes to give any request by customer,
In this air tel office they want bill payement only not give any reciept for paid amount,
