Bills generated for 2 months when the broadband connection was placed in safe custody (Paused)

This is regarding the careless attitude of Airtel customer care who have not been able to resolve an issue from May 2025 onwards.

Receiving promotional messages after activating DND

Fed up of blocking fraudulent and promotional messages from various fraudulent companies like Taj Rummy, etc for years.

Screenshots are provided below.

DND Service doesn't work. Neither those chatbots understands our queries nor there is an option to contact real customer support.

Giving less than promised on validity days

Recharged with ₹249/- on 13th June, validity should be till 11th July as it says 28 days. But it shows that it will expire on 6th July!!!...

I live in Bhopal, and I have installed Airtel Xstream Fibre about a month back,
But from 8/Jun/2025 service stopped and not even working 10/June/2025 (today). I have paid for 3 months 2500 INR,

In short, i paid 54.79 INR to 59.67 INR for nothing.

I also suspect Airtel trying this as scalping method.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    International Roaming Charges - Billed Twice

    I activated international roaming during my travel to Srilanka between 13th to 20th May, but I find the generated invoice - billed two times.
    Also, there is no facility available to raise such concern...even the Airtel App that is installed on my smartphone

    Frequent call drops happening

    I do every month recharge regarding the 299 mobile. Last month my validity over by 30 th may. Then i recharge my mobile for 249 and offer valid is 28 days i done recharge today but they giving validity up to 30th June. Making fraud activities. And one more thing like vodafone never carried the internet data for NXT in Airtel. They cheating in this also.

      Talktime scam

      I recharged a few months back on my prepaid airtel connection Rs.550 for talktime.
      Later I realised its totally a scam. Subsequent recharges never offered a simple validity extension. I was forced to buy a "unlimited calls + 1.5 gb/day" deals only. When I buy this, where is the need for using up the talk time? So I was looking for options to use this talk time balance for my next recharge. The payment options didnt include...

      Airtel pole - removal request/complaints raised

      Unsolved problem frequently raising complaints and automatically ticket closed

      I took an Airtel Xstream Black connection on January 20, 2025. The Airtel guys come to our colony every day, and when I spoke to them, they said, We'll take care of the registration, and we'll install it within a day of registration.And they did.       Regarding wifi

      My wifi service has been stopped for 5-6 days, everyday I am complaining but don't getting help from ground level team also I requested airtel to replacement my wifi router because it might have problem working properly but still no response from airtel.       Regarding DTH changed my plan without my permission

      I had ACT connection, I wanted DTH with landline so I switched to Airtel.
      The team came and connection for Internet was done without DTH and landlines. Despite calling multiple time noone is responding.
      I am nort satisfied. They are saying we have changed your plan. I don't want to change my plan.

      I was misguided.

      Kindly refund my money. As you your team is totally fraud. They don't pick phone....

      Using your sim card of tata docomo or airtel of number +91 [protected]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my alll the information like bank, passport and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.

        No data on my phone since 8th of april 2025

        My sim got corrupted, suddenly stopped working . I went to airtel store, they issued new sim but activation got rejected with reason "NAME MISMATCH". My Name is Swati and when the sim was issued (almost 10 years back) the typed SVATEE". My sim belongs to Mumbai circle and I am currently in PUNE. Now the agents are saying I need to visit Mumbai.
        They can't handle name mismatch issues.
        I can't visit/travel to Mumbai to such nonsense mistakes which is made from airtel end. As well customer care is suggesting "NO NEED to VISIT MUMBAI".

        I need that number at any cost since its almost 10 years I have been using that.
