Company not disconnecting the internet services after repeated reminders Urgency Required

Dear Sir/Madam,

The company had not deactivated my Airtel Fibre services after[protected]. They are providing date another date. After sending many emails they not stopped the internet services. In this process the billing amount will be added for the number the days till the service remain active.They will keep on generating bill if the services won't be stopped. I don't get cooperation from their side after number of attempts....

Discontinuation of Airtel Fibre Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

The company had accepted my deactivation services wef[protected] and sending final bill upto 9th July 2025 (Copy Enclosed). It is mentioned that the airtel services will be stopped which has not been done by them yet and the billing amount have to be zero balance which has not been updated in the bill yet.

wrong fibre connection bill by airtel company

Dear Sir/Madam,

A Wifi Connection was provided by Airtel with A/C no [protected] 6 months back. After completion of 6 months I sent the company a mail dated 10th July 2025 requesting disconnection. I received a mail from the company dated 10th July 2025 restricted by 16th July 2025. They accepted my deactivation request w.e.f. 10th July 2025 and giving me final bill upto 9th July 2025.

Request for Reactivation of Deactivated Airtel Number

Complaint Details:
I am currently in the UK, but I will be returning to India next week. About one year ago, my Airtel mobile number was blocked/deactivated. This number is very important to me because it is linked to my official documents, bank accounts, and important contacts.
I request Airtel to kindly provide me with a chance to reactivate this number (+91 [protected]) when I return to India. I am willing to complete all necessary verification steps and provide valid ID and address proof as required.
Please assist me in restoring my number so I can continue to access essential services linked to it.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Billing issue - 14 april2025

    Airtel broadband frequent disconnection, no resolution

    I have been facing frequent disconnection issues with my Airtel broadband connection for the past several days. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups with customer care, no proper support or resolution has been provided. This has caused major disruptions in my work and daily use.

    Broadband not working since 12/07/2025

    App-Induced Recharge Error and Suspected Data Leak

    This email pertains to Service Request SR[protected], raised on 8th July 2025 regarding a severe internet speed disruption on my Airtel Fiber connection. Despite three technician visits between 8th–10th July, the issue remains unresolved. Each technician executed the same set of ineffective steps — router resets, band resets — accompanied by the typical hollow reassurance: “It will be fine within an hour.” Nothing changed.

    On 10th July, technician Ramesh informed me for the first time that my so-called “unlimited” plan is secretly capped at 3500 GB, and that speed will only be restored with the next billing cycle. This detail was deliberately concealed — no alerts, no prior notifications, no clarity from customer care.

    To make matters worse, when I called customer care immediately after the technician’s visit, your agent — completely unaware of the situation — responded by parroting the same generic line: “No worries sir, I’ll arrange another technician visit.”

    Let me be clear: I rely on high-speed internet for my business operations. Because of your failure to disclose the cap and your team’s poor coordination, I suffered a financial loss of ₹1.8 lakh, directly tied to a time-sensitive business deal collapse caused by the speed drop.

    Your service has demonstrated:

    A complete lack of transparency about data restrictions in so-called “unlimited” plans
    Contradictory responses between technicians and customer support
    No proactive alert system to warn about data exhaustion
    Gross negligence toward business-critical internet usage
    I demand the following actions without delay:

    Immediate restoration of internet speed
    Written clarification on Airtel’s data policy for Fiber connections
    Formal apology for the inconvenience, misinformation, and repeated failures
    Compensation of ₹1.8 lakh for the documented business loss
    Failure to resolve this within three business days will lead me to initiate legal action and escalate the issue through consumer grievance forums, social media, and regulatory bodies. You cannot advertise one thing and deliver another behind smoke and mirrors.

    Get it resolved. Get it right. Or be prepared to face consequences.

      DTH recharge paid but services are not working
