Airtel — Poor communication service | |
i lodged a complain to fraud management but eventually got thru to a customer agent who felt my complain was funny and began laughing despite the fact that airtel does not notify its customer on unsubscribed messages fee. this i must say is a poor gimmick to extort money from customers and to top it up, the customer agent on line laughs to show how unserious the organization is. this is poor i must say. thanks. I would request to kindly stay away from their service, they started cheating in a big way with their service and customer support. Let's give a strong message to AIRTEL and start boycotting AIRTEL brand.
